RETURNS: We offer refunds within 30 days with tags attached. To make a return, please go to your online account: https://account.highstreetfly.com

ALL purchase returns must go through this portal. 

Items must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached. 

EXCHANGES: We suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment when received.

Eligible refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. A pre-paid return label may be purchased through our return portal. We recommend shipping returns with a tracking service as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. 

RETURNS & PROCESSING TIME: Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of package.
